PITCH NIGHTS

The Alumni Association sponsors 2 pitch nights annually, each winter and spring. The nights are lively with hors d'oeuvres & refreshments. Thirty two 2 person teams compete in a single elimination format. Prizes are awarded to the top teams.

BOWLING

Usually in January the Alumni sponsors a "Duck Pin" bowling tournament. Approximately 16 five person teams compete for prizes and bragging rights. Pizza and refreshments are served.

This is always a popular event....so sign up early...!!

TURKEY RAFFLE

In November each year the Alumni gives away 15 turkeys to members selected in a lottery fashion

CHRISTMAS PARTY

The annual Alumni Christmas party is always a big hit!!!! Serving over 100 children a year. Each child registered receives a gift given to them by "Santa" himself, cake, cookies, ice cream & beverages are provided. The children also participate in a sing along and enjoy a featured entertainer.

There is no cost for this event!!!!!

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Alumni presents 3 scholarships per year to members children in the amounts of $1000, $1500 and $2000 dollars awarded to chosen qualified applicants.

PRESENTATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS

Each spring the Alumni holds it's annual banquet which includes the installation of new officers and the introduction of existing officers. The scholarships are also presented during the Banquet with the recipients and their families as invited guests. Each year the Alumni selects a guest speaker for this occasion. A past speaker was Dr Robert Ballad, who spoke about his various discoveries including the "TITANIC" and "MIDWAY".
